• Completed and Signed "Broker's Agreement"
• Completed "Receiving Policy Form"
• Copy of your Corporate Producer's License.
• Copy of declarations page for E & O Coverage with limits and expiration date.
Due to the nature of the risks that we write and the wholesale distribution system that we are in, there are many things that are different about dealing with the surplus lines markets, as compared to your standard markets. Payment provisions, minimum earned premiums, minimum and deposit provisions, taxes, etc., are just a few of the differences that we would be glad to explain to you and your staff.
